Support System

Students are the top priority within our Sino-American joint education program. UCA will work with the cooperative universities and colleges to create a sound student service support system. This system will ensure that communication is smooth and transparent, that service is thoughtful, and that parents feel at ease.

Student Retention Service includes:

• Creates a sense of community, engaging students by means of social technology tools such as community forum and Wechat.

• Provides Chinese students with complete information of American universities and colleges which includes the majors offered for reference during the admission application process.

• Assists in handling the necessary procedures and provides orientation for students who transfer their visa application to the U.S.

• Assists in handling student affairs, especially during their time of study in the U.S., and helps to solve any problems that may occur.

• Offers student consultation services for personal planning and development.
